      Instructor Membership Terms

Membership Terms and Best Use Guidance
Please read, save, and refer back to these terms as you utilize the ELS during your membership.

      1) You must be working as an instructor or trainer teaching one or more courses at a secondary or post-secondary institution. Graduate student Teaching Assistants qualify. In addition, trainers providing POST or related public safety professional training are qualified to join. Please contact us if you are not sure if you qualify.

      2) You may not share your member login information with anyone else, including students, colleagues, or school administrators.

      3) You may not copy or download restricted or copyrighted materials found in the system (don't worry, we have turned off the "print" function for these materials).

      4) If you choose to adopt CT2Learn for your course (which means your students will be required to purchase a membership to access required course content), your membership will be converted to a free Instructor plan that is good for as long as you use our materials in your course.

      5)  All Instructor Member accounts will be verified to comply with the criteria described in (1). Thus, as part of the registration process you will asked to provide the name of your school/organization, school email address, and phone number. Accounts that cannot be confirmed will be closed and a refund will be provided. Shortly after purchase, you will receive an email confirming your account and/or requesting additional information be provided.

      Dos and Don'ts
